Free Monthly 1 Hour Hike & Meditation at Cedar Ridge Preserve
You can join us the fourth Friday of each month at 8 am for a free hour of hiking & meditation at Cedar Ridge Preserve. The May event will be Friday, May 24th, 2024.
As a Wilderness Therapy Counselor, I have seen first-hand the amazing benefits that spending time in nature can have on your mental and physical health. That’s why I am excited to invite you to our free monthly event – a 1 hour hike and meditation session, held on the 4th Friday of every month at Cedar Ridge Preserve in Cedar Hills Texas.
Our hike and meditation event is designed to help you reconnect with nature and experience the many health benefits that come with spending time outdoors. Hiking is a great way to get exercise, reduce stress, and improve cardiovascular health. It can also help boost your mood and increase your energy levels.
Combined with meditation, hiking can have an even greater impact on your well-being. Meditation has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and enhance overall feelings of calm and relaxation.
